Website inquiries
When you send an inquiry, we process the details you enter, such as your name, business email, company, country, product requirements and message, to respond to your request. Cloudflare hosts this website and processes form requests; Resend sends the inquiry email to our Zoho-hosted business mailbox. The form is available whether you allow or reject optional analytics.
Optional website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 only after you allow optional analytics. It helps us understand page visits, traffic sources, inquiry starts, successfully sent inquiries and clicks on our business contact links. Google may process pseudonymous cookie identifiers, device information and approximate location as part of this measurement.
We do not send the names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names or project messages entered in our forms to Google Analytics. Inquiry tracking uses fixed page and form categories. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google Signals are not enabled by our website tracking code.
Cookies and saved preferences
Your analytics choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics cookies may be stored for up to 180 days. If you reject optional analytics, we do not load the Google Analytics tag. You can change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the website footer.
Our Google Analytics user-level and event-level retention setting is 14 months, without resetting the retention period on new activity. Aggregated standard reports may be retained separately by Google.
Changing your choice
Withdrawing analytics consent stops future analytics tracking in this browser and removes the Google Analytics cookies this website can access. It does not automatically delete records already processed by Google. Contact us if you need help with a data request.
External services
The contact page includes a Google Maps embed, and contact links may open WhatsApp or your email application. Those services can process data under their own privacy notices when used. Our optional analytics setting controls Google Analytics; it does not control the operation of every external service.
